令和の発車メロディーについての公式発表

JR東日本は、これまでファンの間で「首都圏〇番」と通称されてきた発車メロディーのシリーズに関して、社内での正式名称を「JRE-IKST」シリーズとすることを公式に発表しました。しかし、都市路線で全線ワンマン運転を実施する路線では、メロディーの変更は行われず、ワンマン運転の開始とともに既存のメロディーが姿を消していくことになります。撮影してる側からするとけっこう雑音にあたる上、かかっていたら動画編集でカットするけどね。

令和の発車メロディー首都圏シリーズともいわれている「JRE-IKST」シリーズ

  • 正式名称：「JRE-IKST」シリーズです 。
  • 管理番号：各メロディーには「JRE-IKST-〇〇〇」という形式で個別の番号が割り振られています 。例えば、「首都圏6番」は「JRE-IKST-006」に、「首都圏20番」は「JRE-IKST-014」に該当します 。
  • 導入経緯と特徴：「JRE-IKST」シリーズはJR東日本が導入している汎用メロディーで、駅の放送設備更新などに伴い順次導入が進められています 。2025年2月時点で32駅での変更が確認されており、メロディー変更の初期にはパナソニック製の放送装置を持つ駅での導入が多かったとされています 。

  • 個人利用：著作権法で認められている利用態様の範囲を超える場合、原則として許諾は致しかねます 。特に、JR東日本のブランドイメージや発車メロディーそのもののイメージを損なう利用、SNSや動画共有サイトなどでの収益化（直接的・間接的問わず）といった悪質な場合には、法令に基づく適切な対応を検討する場合があります 。
  • 法人利用：法人としての商品化を含む各種相談は受け付けています 。JR東日本が権利を有する音源の一覧および法人としての相談窓口については、株式会社ジェイアール東日本企画のプロパティライセンス窓口（https://www.jeki.co.jp/field/property/）をご確認ください 。個人からの連絡や質問には対応できない旨も明記されています 。

SNSでの反響

今回の公式発表は、SNS上で大きな反響を呼んでいます。ファンからは「やっと公式発表きたか」「待ちに待ったIKST公式発表ついにw」といった歓迎の声が上がっています。一方で、「曲名が公式発表されちゃうと、いい加減にIKST表記を覚えるしかなくなってしまう」「未だに首都圏〇番の方がとっつきやすく感じてる」といった戸惑いの声も聞かれます。また、「IKST表記については公式の発表以上の推測等はすべきでない」と、情報の取り扱いに対する注意を促す意見もあります。

 

Official announcement about the departure melody of Reiwa

JR East has officially announced that the official name of the series of departure melodies, which has been commonly known as "Tokyo Metropolitan Area 〇ban" by fans, will be changed internally to the "JRE-IKST" series.

As of February 2025, changes have been confirmed at 32 stations, and it is said that in the early days of melody changes, many stations with Panasonic broadcasting equipment were introduced.
  • Management method: In addition to the "JRE-IKST" series, there is also the "JR-SHR" series of switch management and the "JR-SH" series, which is distinguished by the management method as the "JRE-IKST" series directly under East Japan.

  • Personal use: In principle, permission cannot be granted if it exceeds the scope of use permitted by the Copyright Act. In particular, in the case of malicious use that damages the brand image of JR East or the image of the departure melody itself, or monetization (whether direct or indirect) on SNS and video sharing sites, we may consider appropriate measures based on laws and regulations.
  • Corporate use: We accept various consultations, including commercialization as a corporation. For a list of sound sources to which JR East has the rights and a consultation desk as a corporation, please check the Property License Window (https://www.jeki.co.jp/field/property/) of JR Japan Planning Co., Ltd. It also states that we are unable to respond to personal communications or questions.

東日本旅客鉄道 E8 系新幹線、相次ぐ補助電源装置故障の深層 — 製造メーカー三菱電機の関与と今後の展望 2025 年 6 月 17 日に発生した JR 東日本の E8 系新幹線車両の相次ぐ故障は、東北・山形新幹線に甚大な影響を与え、多くの利用客に不便と心配をかけています。 JR 東日本は、これらの故障が補助電源装置（ SIV ）の不具合によるものであることを公表し、現在も原因究明と対策に努めています。特に、 三菱電機製の半導体素子に損傷が確認 されている ことから、その原因が注目されています。 これまでの経緯と現在の調査状況 前回ご報告した通り、 6 月 17 日には E8 系の 4 編成（ G8, G9, G10, G11 ）で計 4 件の車両故障が発生しました。これら全ての故障において、 補助電源装置の異常が確認されています 。 JR 東日本とメーカーによる詳細な調査の結果、故障が発生した 6 台の補助電源装置内部で、 同部位の半導体素子に損傷が見つかりました。 この半導体素子の損傷が、車両のモーターを制御する主変換装置への電力供給を断ち、冷却装置の停止と回路保護動作を引き起こし、最終的に走行不能に至らせたものと見られています。 現在も半導体素子が損傷した根本的な原因は特定されておらず、気温などの環境的要素を含め、あらゆる観点から鋭意原因究明が進められています。 E8 系補助電源装置と三菱電機製半導体の関連性 今回故障した E8 系の補助電源装置に搭載されていたと見られるのが、 東洋電機製造 の ものと 類似 した なので E6 系 と同様 の 同じ SIV の可能性が高いが、補助電源装置の中にある半導体のチップが途中で変更したのか知らないが、三菱電機製の「 HVIGBT モジュール S1 シリーズ 」です。この製品は 2024 年 12 月 26 日に発売されたばかりの最新のもので、故障が発生した G9 編成の落成が 2025 年 1 月 21 日と比較的最近であることから、この編成から仕様変更により当該製品が採用された可能性が指摘されています。 補助電源装置内部の半導体素子の損傷は、写真からも非常に深刻な状態であることが伺え、専門家からは「爆発」「物理破壊」「焼損」といった表現でその状況が語られています。このような大規模な...
